Maintenance: Your sump pump is your home's best line of defence against flooding & humidity levels. Regular maintenance (one-two times a year) keeps it running smoothly & helps avoid surprise failures during extreme weather events & ground thaw conditions.
Service Includes:

Remove and inspect pump for any damages or blockages.

Test the float switch to ensure it triggers correctly

Clear the basin of any debris

Inspect the check valve to ensure one way water flow

Cycle the pump to ensure the discharge line is clear of blockage and the system is running correctly.

Replacement
Replacement: Over time, sump pumps wear out or stop working efficiently, which puts your home at risk of basement flooding, water damage and mold growth. Our sump pump replacement service ensures your system is up-to-date and working reliably when you need it most. BONUS... it can cost you $0.00!

Excavate pit for basin approx (2' x 2' x 2')

Install filter cloth around banks of basin

Place basin in centre of basin.

Fill between filter cloth & basin with gravel

Replace concrete around basin

Drill hole in foundation for discharge line

Install 1/3 HP sump pump into 1 1/2" ABS discharge line with check valve.
