Service Includes: 

1. Drain existing system and remove any debris or sediment

We safely drain the basin and remove built-up dirt, stones, sludge, and other contaminants that can clog the pump or reduce performance.

 

2. Pressure wash basin using 1800 PSI mobile spray unit
The interior of the basin is thoroughly cleaned with a high-powered 1800 PSI mobile spray system to remove residue, scale, and bio-buildup, leaving a clean operating environment.

3. Sanitize using eco-friendly, biodegradable solution
We sanitize the basin and components with an environmentally safe, biodegradable cleaner to eliminate odors, bacteria, and mold while remaining safe for your home and the environment.

4. System cycle check
The pump is tested through multiple on/off cycles to confirm proper discharge, water removal rate, and check valve function.

5. Discharge line inspection
We inspect the discharge line for cracks, blockages, freezing risk, improper slope, or leaks to ensure water is being diverted safely away from the foundation.

6. Float switch operation
The float switch is tested and adjusted if needed to confirm it moves freely and triggers the pump at the correct water level.

7. Check valve – one-way water flow
We verify the check valve is functioning properly to prevent discharged water from flowing back into the basin.

8. Inspect basin for cracks or structural issues
The basin is checked for cracks, shifting, or deterioration that could allow soil into the system or reduce efficiency.

9. Check power source and connections
We perform a visual inspection of the electrical outlet and power cord to ensure safe and reliable operation.
